I was rat...wow, I made it past there this morning. I was rather peeved that they didn't clearly mark or indicate where there were flooding problems.<BR/><BR/>Most of the bike path was clear after Sylvan Island until the railroad bridge to arsenal Island. Where, without warning, gates were closed and the path was blocked. <BR/><BR/>Had they marked this fact before I got behind the old IH factory...<BR/><BR/>Well, I knew there was flooding, but before it didn't get that high. The problem is that there is a mile or so there where you are trapped on the path. <BR/><BR/>Grrrr.<BR/><BR/>Well...things went ok, just frustrating. Car traffic is treated with much more care.<BR/><BR/>Also, it was hard to tell if the arsenal was open. RI water blocked the path with huge pipes. Again, without much warning, explanation, consideration or mapped detour. <BR/><BR/>Can't get through.
